Just OK, not as full a flavor as you would expect from a amber

Review: Sweetwater 420 Pale Ale
After much encouragement I finally got the opportunity to try this really great Pale Ale. It is not quite a traditional Pale Ale. It seems to have less of the hopp bite than most Pale Ales. Nice sweet / smooth finish, no problem with several of these in a session.

Review: Bells Amber Ale
I really enjoyed this amber ale. Personally I am hit or miss with the amber ales. I think this makes a good session drink. I found it to have a sweet malt flavor. Somewhat full heavy taste, but not filling.

Review: Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA
One of my favorite IPA's out there. Great flavor, but could be a challenge for someone that is new to the hoppiness of an IPA.

Review: Abita Fall Fest
This was somewhat disappointing, was expecting a fuller flavor. I was expecting something closer to an Oktoberfest ale, this was more of a Copper Lager

Review: Abita Abbey Ale
This is the Abita offering in a Belgian Dubbel. Dark color with a nice caramel and fruit flavor.

Review: Xingu Black Beer
For a dark looking heavy-ish beer it goes down smooth. I had never had a Schwarzbier before and was prepared for more of a Porter style beer. This was good but not great.

Review: Great Lakes Brewing Co. Edmund Fitzgerald Porter
I really Have no idea what prompted to name a beer after a really bad song....... This is one of those really good porters that is not too hoppy and not over the top with the coffee flavor. just a nice balance.

Review; Bison Brewing Organic Chocolate Stout
I enjoyed this Stout. It is a little different than you everyday run of the mill Stout. Very good cocoa flavor, without being too chocolaty. Carbonation is present, without being too overbearing. It is not as good as most of the full bodied Chocolate Stouts, but still a good overall beer!

Review: Crooked River Robust Porter
I think they are overstating the robust a bit. It is a good porter with a strong flavor but robust is a bit of a stretch.
